You will find these unique air plants and glass terrariums for sale Dec. 8-11 this Holidazzle. The event’s full calendar run is Thursdays through Sundays from Friday, November 25 through Friday, December 23. It is open Thursdays from 5-9 pm, Fridays from 5-10 pm, Saturdays from 11 am-10 pm and Sundays from 11 am-7 pm.

“Holidazzle is such a wonderful holiday institution here in Minnesota,” Kyle said. “Hopefully, Tilly can help make many people’s holiday season memorable.”

Tilly Air Plants has been in business for just over 3 years. The idea started once Kyle’s brother brought back Tillandsias (air plants) as gifts after spending time away while traveling. The plants’ unique and interesting appearances are what sent Kyle researching the air plant market here in Minnesota. After finding influential results, Kyle started selling at the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market Annex in the summer of 2014.

“I think our product is one of the most unique and fanciful gifts one could ever find to give this Holiday season,” Kyle said.

All of Tilly’s plants are nursery-grown using sustainable and environmentally sound practices. Although their plants are incredibly hardy and easy to take care of, they understand that some people might have concerns about the cold weather affecting the health of the plants they purchase at Holidazzle. That why, in order to keep the plants warm and healthy, Tilly will have the option to hold the purchased plants at their booth until the customer is ready to leave. Also, as an additional option, they will be offering home delivery for a small fee during the days leading up to Christmas.

Coming from someone who has lived in the Uptown area of Minneapolis for over 20 years, Holidazzle means something to Kyle in terms of holiday tradition.

“Holidazzle encapsulates all of the wonderful things that make the holiday season in Minnesota so magical and exciting,” Kyle said. “The diversity and vibrancy of our city and state are on full display, and make me so proud to be a resident of Minnesota.”
