2018 Holidazzle Hospitality Opportunities

Holidazzle 2018 will be back in beautiful Loring Park as a community event and engagement opportunity filled with activities for all ages. This downtown tradition will again be a special holiday experience featuring diverse Minneapolis-centric foods, beverages and activities. The mpls downtown council will produce and manage an exclusive VIP hospitality area for local organizations during the Holidazzle season. This hospitality area provides a private, heated area to host guests and enjoy the festive atmosphere at this family-friendly event.

2018 Holidazzle Dates and Hours:

Friday, November 23 – Sunday, November 25

Thursday, November 29 – Sunday, December 2

Thursday, December 6 – Sunday, December 9

Thursday, December 13 – Sunday, December 16

Thursday, December 20 – Sunday, December 23

Thursday hours: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Friday hours: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Saturday hours: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

Sunday hours: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

We’re excited to have you at Holidazzle

Each private VIP tent party includes the following:

**Private, winter-themed dιcor, heated tent for up to 200 guests (depending on configuration of seating/tables) during agreed-upon time period.

**Tent available 90 minutes in advance of your party for approved set-up.

**Proper permits with the City of Minneapolis and Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board.

**Two 6’ banquet tables for serving.

**One 22” x 28” stanchion sign to welcome event guests. The sign can be printed with the organization name and/or logo when provided.

**Partners would have the opportunity to hand out premiums within the tent to event guests

The fee for a Holidazzle private VIP tent party varies based on the preferred date and time. All fees are listed in the registration section of this packet. Payment of the fee is required to reserve a requested date and does NOT include any food or beverage components.

Credit card information will be kept on file for the damage deposit. However, no charges or holds will be put on the card unless damage occurs.
