Co-founders Emily Souvannalath and Kit Fam Lerdgidkjon, started this business three years ago. Emily (being born in Minnesota but having parents from Laos) and Kit (born in Thailand and migrated to the U.S. at age 4) share a passion for food and travel. After seeing a gap in the concessionaire industry, they wanted to explore the festival food niche.

“We wanted to bring Southeast Asian inspired cuisine and dessert inspired drinks (e.g. bubble tea) to the streets of Minnesota,” Emily said.

Being passed down for generations, their authentic recipes are irresistible. Their appetizer sauces and curry blend are made from scratch each time, and customers can top off their food with the spicy garlic chili oil to the level of heat they desire. Also, Bubbles & Beyond, LLC will be serving plenty of vegetarian dishes.

“We want people to remember our delicious food but also the enjoying excitement we have for the Holidays,” Emily said.

There are many fairs, festivals and events that operate throughout the summer, but Emily is excited to be a part of Holidazzle because it gives the community a chance to come together during the Holiday season.

Enjoying all the free Ice-skating, activities, warm cider, beer and a cozy fires; Holidazzle to Emily means getting to spend time together as a family and as a community.

“We love the hustle and bustle but seemingly relaxed state of Downtown Minneapolis,” she said. “It is the heart of Minnesota and what’s better than to experience the end of the year with Holidazzle.”
